The MX34 LiveMix - two channel microphone mixer/preamp, made by Rolls Corp., is great for several applications. It's battery power option, clean, high gain, and headphone output make it an ideal accessory for field recording. Its universal AC power adapter allow maintenance-free operation in your marine or terrestrial installation. The MX34 is a two channel microphone mixer with balanced XLR inputs, phantom power, and stereo 1/8" (3.5mm) outputs. It has a stereo 1/8" (3.5mm) Auxiliary input for connection to any stereo line-level source such as a marine stereo or MP3 player. Each mic channel has a Level and Pan control, and a separate headphone circuit allows for monitoring all signals without effecting the main output signal.
Use the MX34 with with the H2a-XLR hydrophone. Mix in a microphone and your music system on your tour boat, or simply use to improve sound and gain for recording to a computer or portable device.
