#26AWG, coaxial cable with >95% coverage braided shield. All tinned copper conductors. Dimensions are the same as standard RG175 for use with common small-format coaxial connector, such as Microdot (10-32), MCX and others

Highly cut and abrasion-resistant polyether urethane jacket is stable for long-term immersion and remains flexible at very cold temperatures. Solid PE dielectric ensures that the cable stays round under pressure and minimizes voids which can wick water. Braided shield offers good flexibility while providing more robust coverage and better tensile strength as compared to spiral or foil shields.

Not standard on any Aquarian hydrophone. Recommended for applications where coxial connector is required, but must be small enough to pass through a cable gland, penetrator hole, or mounting hole for one of our M10 body styles, such as S1-M10 or A5 hydrophones. Adapters are readily available for making fully-shielded connections to larger connector, such as BNC. This small-diameter cable is also convenient where spaces are constrained inside of underwater enclosures.
