Thread-mount version of our popular H1a hydrophone. 1/4" NPT (National Pipe Thread) with 7/16" (12mm) wrench flats. Standard configuration includes 1/2-meter cable with stripped and tinned wire termination. Applications include industrial monitoring, and automomous or remote controlled vehicles and buoys.
For custom cable lengths or output connectors, add items as needed from our connectors page. Add one cable termination fee for each connector installed. Leave notes about your application so we can be sure to correctly install your cable and connector.
Important notes about connectors: We typically terminate the H1 hydrophones with either 1/4" TS or BNC connectors. Neither of these connectors will fit through the mounting hole when using the 1/4" NPT pipe mount. The 1/4" TS connector can be inserted through the mounting hole if using the panel-mount kit. Use small connectors as needed, install connectors after H1c is mounted, or connect cable directly to solder or terminal block. Connection should be shielded to avoid noise from EMI/RFI. Connector installation on hydrophone and panel-mount kit sold separately.
